  5. Three references ( Pastoral, Laity, and Academic/Professional) using forms provided
  6. A separate statement of your spiritual experience, including your conversion, vision, calling, and reason why you have chosen to pursue your study at DHITDS(150-250 words) Title this page as ‘‘Personal Statement’‘ 
  7. A statement of your perception of your gift for ministry, professional and vocational goals, and how DHITDS can help you achieve this goal. Title this page as: “Personal statement 2“.
