Master of Divinity
The Master of Divinity program is a professional graduate degree beyond the Bachelor of Arts or equivalent, designed to equip students for effective ministry. Successful completion of the program requires students to take full program credit units and a final research\thesis project. Students from other accredited institutions can transfer courses that meets school Transfer policies.
Objectives
The Master of Divinity is designed to advance and facilitate student’s growth toward personal maturity and professional ministry competence. The students accomplished goals through classroom instruction, the modeling of professors, the practice of ministry through the Practical Ministry program, and involvement in organizational and community services. Students develop the ability to understand and interpret the Christian faith in the light of its biblical, theological, and historical dimensions and to utilize insights gained from these disciplines for the effective practice of ministry in any context. Graduates are qualified to serve as Pastors, Church planter, and leaders in Christian community anywhere in the world as the Lord purposed.
Admission Requirements
All applicants to any master degree program must be at least twenty years old by the time of their first registration. All applicants to master degree programs must have graduated from an accredited college or university with a bachelor degree or equivalent
Completion Requirements
In order to qualify for graduation from Destiny School, students in the Master of Divinity program must satisfy the “General Requirements for Graduation” In addition, students in the Master of Divinity program must complete 120 Unites of courses specified in the course listing.
